Events

Community involvement is a critical component of our program. Each year our students are involved in a number of activities in cooperation with the local Deaf community.

Our program gives students the opportunity to study abroad by working with the Siena School for Liberal Arts in Siena Italy. Signed Language Interpreting and Signed Language Studies majors study for spend one month in the summer at the Siena School, learning Italian Sign Language, Italian, and taking part in a service learning experience in the Siena Deaf community.
